It is shipped on a very long double pallet, and is REALLY HEAVY.
The packaging is light and barely holds the product. Maneuvering the box from the pallet can destroy the packaging, which needs to be re-engineered.
The instructions are absolutely terrible. They are written by someone who has not assembled the product, call for unnecesary steps (such as attaching the wall mounts first- only to have them removed, so you can see where they go). Dimensions are not well marked. Just so you know, the dimensions refer to the outside of the glass.
