I purchased this lamp about a year ago and have enjoyed the artistic value it adds to a room. I however dislike the poor quality of the dimmer control, which requires to be power cycled every so often or the lamp will not function. The lamp is also assembled in two pieces. A solid base with a resin statue attached to the base with an adhesive. I have not moved my statue since I purchased it, and have noticed cracks appearing at the base where the maiden's feet meet the surface. I now fear moving the fixture as I'm certain the maiden will break free from the base.
If you want a beautiful addition to your home I recommend this product, but for the price I think you might fight something more durable elsewhere.
